Terms and Conditions are regulated in accordance with the valid legislative
modification of the Civil Code between:
Cartman, Ltd., Tomášiková 16550/3A, 821 01 Bratislava OIN: 45650411, Registered: Companies Register District Court Bratislava 1, section s.r.o., insert no. 66243/B (further referred to as „Vendor“) And a customer (further referred to as „Customer“)
1. Introductory regulations
1.) By concluding the Contract the Buyer declares that he is acquinted with the current version of these Terms and Conditions at each individual conclusion of the Contract, he understood, agree with and will comply with them.
2.) The current wording of these Terms and Conditions is accessible on the website of the vendor or on the vendor´s premises, thus easily accessible to anyone. Terms and Conditions are written in both Slovak and English language.
2. Making an order
Customer selects required goods in a given section in which the goods are found on the vendor´s website. The goods item contains price, name and goods composition. On the order form the customer fills in all the necessary details. Order can be made only during working hours listed on the moshimoshi.sk website. Customer inserts individual items of goods in a selected amount into the shopping basket. After goods were selected the customer clicks on „to order“ item. After filling in the contact details, the customer can select either personal collection or delivery to the given address. The minimum purchase order for delivery is 5 Euros. The price for delivery is added to the price of your order by delivery distance. When ordering via www.moshimoshi.sk, the system automatically adds the delivery price and, customer agrees with the final price of order by completing the ordering process. When ordering via telephone, please check the delivery price with our operator. All prices include value added tax. Orders can also be made by phone calling 02/ 208 50 550. Customer states that his/her contact details given to the vendor when making an order are true and correct.
3. Payment terms
Customer has the opportunity to choose from several methods of payment to pay for the goods.
4. Order cancellation
Vendor reserves the right to cancel an order or its part, in the event of serious circumstances in the production process or delivery of the ordered goods occur. In case the above mentioned circumstances should occur, the vendor will immediately contact the customer to agree on how to proceed further. Vendor reserves the right to cancel an order in case it does not contain the necessary information for the transaction to be processed (e.g. wrong telephone number or wrong address). Customer has the right to refuse a delivery of evidently damaged goods.
5. Liability for defects, complaints
On receiving the goods, customer is obliged to check whether it is not damaged, whether it corresponds with the order made e.g. quantity, quality and weight ordered. If defects were found, it is possible for a customer to place a complaint. It must be placed in the shortest possible time after receiving the ordered goods.
Complaints are processed:
The customer is obliged to state the reasons for making a complaint.
6. Personal data protection
Customer data protection is ensured in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection. Customer agrees to the processing of personal data: name, surname, address, residence, e-mail address and telephone number. Customer agrees to receive information related to vendor´s services via e-mail address provided when making an order. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period in an electronic form and in an automated way. Your data are also used for correct and on time delivery of your order. We respect your privacy. Your personal data will not be given to any third parties and will be protected from abuse.
